1 – About You.PurposeBuilt
1.1 – These terms govern the use of the You.PurposeBuilt website at https://youpurposebuilt.com (the “Website”) and the associated coaching services provided through it (“Coaching Services”). The Website and Coaching Services are owned by Adventure Capital Aust Pty Ltd, ABN 85 608 756 538 (‘You.PurposeBuilt’, ‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’).
1.2 – You.PurposeBuilt offers various Coaching Services promoted via the Website.
1.3 – You.PurposeBuilt does not provide medical, exercise, fitness, or nutritional advice.
1.4 – The Coaching Services available on the You.PurposeBuilt Website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1.5 – The You.PurposeBuilt On-Demand programs are designed as general health and wellbeing guides. They do not offer personalised nutrition or exercise advice and do not consider individual medical conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or other personal health factors.
1.6 – Prior to starting any health or wellbeing program, including those offered by You.PurposeBuilt, you should ensure that you are not underweight and are physically able to participate in the activities involved. It is recommended to consult with your medical practitioner before beginning any program.
1.7 – If you have or suspect you have a mental health or medical condition, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is particularly important to seek advice from your medical practitioner before starting any program. 1.8 – You.PurposeBuilt does not guarantee specific outcomes from your participation in or use of any Coaching Services.
2 – Coach-Client Relationship
2.1. The Coach agrees to uphold the ethical standards and behaviours established by the Association for Coaching (AC) global codes of ethics. Clients are encouraged to review the AC Code of Ethics and applicable standards of behaviour: https://www.associationforcoaching.com/page/AboutCodeEthics
2.2. The Client is solely responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship and interactions with the Coach. The Client agrees that the Coach is not liable for any actions, inaction, or results from the services provided. Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for therapy, nor does it prevent, cure, or treat any mental or medical disorders.
2.3. The Client may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship at any time.
2.4. The Client acknowledges that coaching may involve different areas of life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. The Client agrees that decisions regarding these areas are their own responsibility.
2.5. Coaching does not involve diagnosing or treating mental disorders as defined by bodies such as the Australian Psychological Society. Coaching is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, mental health care, or other professional advice. The Client is responsible for seeking independent professional guidance as needed. If under the care of a mental health professional, the Client is advised to inform them of the coaching relationship.
2.6. To enhance the coaching relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback, and create the time and energy necessary to participate fully in the program.
3 – Validity and Duration of Programs
3.1 – Upon purchasing a You.PurposeBuilt program through the Website, the purchaser is granted 12 months of access to that program on the Website, starting from the program’s specific start date.
3.2 – Access to the Website will not be paused or extended except under circumstances outlined in paragraph 7.
4 – Terms of Use
4.1 – By registering an Account with us or accessing the Member Portal via our Website, you acknowledge and agree that you: (a) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions; (b) consent to the use of your personal information as outlined in these terms; and (c) consent to receiving communications from us as described in paragraph 8.
4.2 – You.PurposeBuilt may amend its terms and conditions at any time, with updates posted on the Website. The date of posting will be the effective date of the new terms. Continued use of the Website, Coaching Services, or purchase of goods and services after the posting of amended terms indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
5 – Registration on a Program and Licence
5.1 – Customers must be at least 18 years old to register an Account, use, or access a Coaching Service.
5.2 – Purchase of a Coaching Service is for your individual use only. You may not allow third parties to use any Coaching Service or other digital products or services provided to you through your Account.
5.3 – When purchasing an e-book or journal, you are allowed to download and print one copy only. You are not permitted to reproduce or distribute it. Any breach of this term will entitle us to terminate your access to any purchased program without a refund.
5.4 – Upon registering for a program, You.PurposeBuilt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the materials provided with the program in accordance with these terms and conditions, solely for your personal use and enjoyment.
6 – Payments and Cancellations
6.1 – All Coaching Services and other goods or services ordered through the Website must be paid for at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.
6.2 – Clients are responsible for notifying the Coach at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled calls or meetings. The Coach reserves the right to charge for a missed meeting unless otherwise agreed and will make a good faith effort to reschedule the missed meeting.
6.3 – Either the Client or the Coach may terminate the Agreement at any time with one week’s written notice. The Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through the termination date.
6.4 – After purchasing a program, you will be granted 12 months of access to the program via our Website, starting from the Program start date or your purchase date (whichever is earlier) and ending on the end date selected by you at the time of purchase.
6.5 – Access periods will not be extended unless you purchase extended access or, after purchasing the program, discover a physical or medical condition (including pregnancy) that prevents your participation.
7 – Refunds
7.1 – Refunds are not offered for cancellations, unused Membership periods, accidental purchases, or any other reasons unless required by Australian law.
8 – Privacy
8.1 – You.PurposeBuilt is committed to protecting your privacy.
8.2 – When you register an Account or purchase a Coaching Service, we may access personal information such as your contact details. We will protect this information and only use or disclose it per our Privacy Policy.
8.3 – Personal information collected will be used to provide access to and use of the Website and participation in Coaching Services.
8.4 – You.PurposeBuilt may share personal information with third parties as needed to provide its goods and services, conduct business, and for other purposes stated in its Privacy Policy, including conducting its business globally.
8.5 – If required by law or for debt collection, your personal information may be disclosed to a third party.
8.6 – Customers consent to the disclosure of their personal information, including to overseas recipients, for the Purposes outlined.
8.7 – Overseas recipients may include entities providing services to us, such as cloud storage or data hosting, located worldwide.
8.8 – We may communicate with you via SMS and/or email and send you information about You.PurposeBuilt by post, email, telephone, or SMS.
8.9 – We may contact you for various purposes, including administering accounts, processing payments, communicating about program registrations, providing information on services and benefits, sending reminders of key program dates, offering newsletters and updates, and conducting market research or surveys.
8.10 – If you do not wish to receive communications or SMS reminders from us, please let us know or follow the ‘unsubscribe’ instructions provided. Please note that opting out may affect your use of the Website or participation in Coaching Services.
8.11 – You.PurposeBuilt may disclose your personal information to its professional advisers, claims processors, or insurers in case of a claim, dispute, investigation by authorities, or similar situations.
9 – You.PurposeBuilt Rules Including Social Media Use
9.1 – Customers must: (a) Keep login details for the Website confidential and not share them with others; (b) Notify You.PurposeBuilt immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account; (c) Accept responsibility for all activity on your Account; (d) Not use the Website or Coaching Services for illegal purposes; (e) Not use, exploit, or affect the You.PurposeBuilt Brand or Intellectual Property except for personal participation in a program or Coaching Services purchased; (f) Not interfere with the enjoyment of another Customer; (g) Not engage in fraudulent activity in connection with the Website or Coaching Services; (h) Not knowingly introduce harmful software or materials to our technology.
9.2 – Some programs offer participation in private Facebook forums. Customers agree to: (a) Treat others and You.PurposeBuilt staff and contractors with respect; (b) Not display or engage in illegal activity; (c) Not post explicit content; (d) Not promote violence; (e) Not post disparaging, defamatory, or abusive content.
9.3 – You.PurposeBuilt reserves the right to remove any social media content or information posted on the Website or social media platforms that it considers breaches these rules.
9.4 – Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining data network access for using the Website and Coaching Services and ensuring their devices are updated to use the Website and Coaching Services.
9.5 – Customers must ensure that the premises used for exercise programs are safe, clean, and suitable.
10 – Membership
10.1 – You.PurposeBuilt offers various Membership-based services:
- On-Demand Membership – Annual
- Tailored 1:1 Coaching – 5 sessions
- Tailored 1:1 Coaching – 10 sessions
10.2 – On-Demand Memberships: Access to On-Demand Membership is granted for 12 months from the purchase date and ends on the last day of your selected period. You will not be charged automatically after the membership period ends.
10.3 – Refunds are not available for On-Demand Memberships.
10.4 – On-Demand Memberships allow access to Coaching Services and other resources specified in the selected membership tier, provided they are available during your membership period.
10.5 – On-Demand Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared with third parties.
11 – Force Majeure
11.1 – You.PurposeBuilt will not be liable for non-performance due to causes beyond its control, including acts of God, civil unrest, war, government action, and strikes. In such cases, You.PurposeBuilt may suspend or terminate programs without liability.
12 – Applicable Law
12.1 – These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Customers agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts regarding any dispute.
13 – Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
13.1 – You.PurposeBuilt disclaims all representations and warranties regarding the Website, Coaching Services, and the information contained therein.
13.2 – You.PurposeBuilt’s liability to any customer for any cause is limited to the purchase price of the relevant Coaching Service.
13.3 – You.PurposeBuilt is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided on the Website or via the Coaching Services.
13.4 – You.PurposeBuilt does not guarantee that the Website will be secure, free from viruses or other harmful components, or that it will function without interruptions or errors.
13.5 – Customers assume all risk associated with the use of the Website and Coaching Services. You.PurposeBuilt is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the Website, Coaching Services, or reliance on the information provided.
14 – Intellectual Property
14.1 – All intellectual property rights in the content on the Website and Coaching Services belong to You.PurposeBuilt or its licensors.
14.2 – Customers are granted a limited licence to use the content provided solely for personal use as part of their participation in a program or Coaching Service.
14.3 – Customers may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit the content or intellectual property in any way without You.PurposeBuilt’s prior written consent.

15.1 You agree that we may communicate with you through any and all contact information and methods you provide to us, including but not limited to text message, email, telephone, social media account, fax, and/or postal mail.
